Upgrades Coming to OhioLINK and SearchOhio:
Did you know that Last year, Ohio libraries shared more than 6 million items with each other, thanks to a system that connects 86 college libraries (known as OhioLINK) and 45 public libraries (known as SearchOhio)? Here at Stark, about 35,000 items a year go out to other libraries and almost exactly the same number are sent from other libraries for our patrons to enjoy!
Libraries within these systems have relied on a platform called INN-Reach to search for, request, and send items through both OhioLINK and SearchOhio networks. Starting this Summer, and into the Fall of 2025, OhioLINK and SearchOhio are upgrading their platforms and will be unavailable to use during this time.
