We're glad you would like to have a Stark Library eCard!

There are a few things you need to know before you apply:

You must live, work, or attend school in Ohio to obtain a Stark Library card.
With your eCard, you will have access to digital and online materials only.
An eCard does not provide access to physical materials.
Your eCard will expire in one year (if not converted to a full-service library card).
