Library to Host Craft Brewing Event

August 14, 2017 (Canton, Ohio) – Celebrate the richness and variety of craft brewing in Ohio with author Paul Gaston and the Brewmaster from Royal Docks Brewing Company, Dave Sutula, at the Perry Sippo Branch on August 31 at 6 p.m.

Gaston's new book, Ohio's Craft Beers, is a guide of Ohio's prime destinations for great craft beer. It celebrates the variety of craft brewing in Ohio, offers appreciations of its quality, and reports on the renaissance of the brewer's art throughout the Buckeye State. Beautifully illustrated with color photographs, the book takes readers on a tour of more than 40 of Ohio's larger and more influential breweries and provides detailed descriptions of most of the others.

Gaston will be joined by Sutula, Brewmaster from Royal Docks, who will discuss his style and process of Brewing. Royal Docks, located in Canton, is a brewery and taproom that fuses the craft beer renaissance with British pub culture in a contemporary, American style.
